Those Who Have Experienced AMP’s Work
“The Voice of One Crying Out in The Wilderness was an invitation, an affirmation, and a release all at once. In a moment of discernment and transition in my life, this came as a deep reminder of how to return to my own center and how to listen with care and attention. I felt as if I was being gently guided throughout, first asked to slow down, then to go within and reflect, and then to vision and play. Within this was the deep wisdom that to reflect and to vision can be the necessary alchemy to transform disconnection into aliveness, distance into presence. Completing The Voice in the container built through the guide, the music, and the invitation to create space, really asked me to slow down, breathe deep, and engage. In that engagement I felt that transformation, and after completing it, I feel moved to shift my relationships- to myself, to others, to my work, to my body, and of course, to my voice. This truly was a powerful change to quiet the chatter and hear my voice again in that way, and in doing so invite it to come through more steady and true. ”

“'The Voice' was a welcomed resource for pause and reflection to experience my own wisdom. The guided resource helped me note the 'who' and 'what's' that interrupt me. It invited me to wonder + dream about a life without interruptions to my authentic voice and consider places + communities of fluidity and continuity.”

“I feel as though my voice has physically settled in my lungs, allowing me to breathe deeper. I am a soft-spoken person and often find myself in spaces where I need to exhaust myself to have my voice heard: raising it or using forceful language just so that I am listened to.
This guided assessment, "The Voice of One Crying Out in the Wilderness," has helped me recognize that this voice is not authentically mine. What's more, it has asked me not to change my voice to be heard, but rather to take on my authentic voice. I have been challenged to trust myself and carve the space to be listened to - inspired not to speak louder, but to ask others to quiet down so they may hear.
This guided reflection has given me trust in myself and made me aware of creating spaces that allow others to find their authentic voices as well.”

“A thought-provoking guide into my voice. Reflecting on my need to create an air of comfort in conversation and sound sweet. Questioning how to align my voice when it's just me and my voice when it's with others.”
