Liberative Coaching

Supports those looking to deconstruct beliefs of domination that impact how they relate to themselves and the environments that they are in. Through holistic techniques, the individual will engage in a dynamic conversation with the mind, body, and soul in order to relate to the parts of themselves that may have been oppressed by internal and external beliefs. Through this unique coaching approach, folks can take responsibility in pursuing their unique expression of liberation and see themselves more clearly.

  • 1 month of coaching

Conscious Counseling

Through radical self-inquiry, dialogue, and problem -solving, clients are invited to engage in an in-depth and rigorous understanding of their reality by exploring the unconscious and conscious parts of themselves. Using critical thinking and jungian analysis the individual will build the capacity and skills to facilitate a dialogue with themselves as they mature through life.

$400 USD Investment

  • 1 month of coaching (option to continue monthly)

  • 4 X 60 min virtual coaching session

  • Invitation to my morning candle light devotion ceremony - 9am EST (Saturdays)

  • Optional celebratory retreat filled with rich, spontaneity, healing, and child-like energy in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Adding the retreat is an additional $2,500.
