Values

Doing what we do requires integrity and transparency.  For us to do this, we believe it is essential that our values be clear and deliberate in order for us to stay true to the mission and vision of All My People.

Conscientious

To honor AMP’s cultural and financial needs, AMP conscientiously assess short-term and long-term commitments before taking on new projects, hiring new people, and rolling out new programs.

Clear Communication

To effectively collaborate on projects, we intentionally communicate clearly and honestly. We hold ourselves to this standard and our clients.

Deliberate

We value relationships and, therefore, will hold ourselves accountable when systems of oppression show up in how we relate internally and with our clients.

Relationship

We value relationships and, therefore, expect each individual to hold themselves accountable when systems of oppression and unhealthy relational dynamics show up in how we relate.

Reciprocity

Our relationships with our clients are predicated on meaningful reciprocity. We approach client relationships with intentionality so that all parties feel good about giving and receiving.

Reverence

We have a reverence for the individuals and the work we do. We have no tolerance for behaviors that intend to silence and oppress.

Generous

We are generous. We love providing support and resources to those we are called to serve. However, we have boundaries in how we choose to be generous with our time and resources. This allows us to sustain a culture of vitality and sustainability in our individual and organizational life.

Equanimity

When we engage in difficult things, we approach problems with equanimity -mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situation.

Honesty

We strive to be honest, this allows us to show up in our work authentically and builds trust internally and with our clients.

Curiosity/Wonder

We are  curious about learning; therefore we engage in conversations, project development, and team collaboration with wonder and reverence for the creative experience - the dancing of the minds (Toni Morrison)

Humble Leadership

We celebrate our unique expression of genius while leaning into humility in knowing we don't have all the answers
