We believe that each individual is sovereign and is able to make the choices that best suit their lives. We are Deliberate folk, as we seek to dismantle systems of oppression individually, organizationally, and the communities that we impact directly and indirectly. Clarity is what we strive for, and we are aware that there is deep excavation and explication to achieve this. We are Relational because we are human beings first before we work. We celebrate our unique expression of genius while leading and being Humble in our work -we don't have all the answers. We value Reciprocity, as the way we engage with our clients, is dynamic and requires giving and receiving from both ends. Our work is prophetic by design - standing in the gap of what is and calling what is to come. We have a deep Reverence for the Creator's creation that includes ALL BEINGS. Our work can be challenging, and we approach hard things with Equanimity to process, collaborate, and solve issues. 

We are humans, sharing our service, gifts, and intellect, and are here to witness and assist in the liberation of individuals - we are not saving anyone.
